Scope of these terms

These terms describe permitted use of the Flow State Leadership website. They are not a coaching, advisory or speaking agreement. Any paid engagement requires a separate agreement covering its scope and commercial terms.

Educational information, not individualized advice

This website describes Jon Cheney’s operating experience and potential services. Articles, examples and other resources provide general educational information, not individualized legal, tax, financial, investment or mental-health advice. Consider your circumstances and consult an appropriately qualified professional before relying on information for a consequential decision.

Inquiries and engagements

Sending a message requests a conversation. It does not reserve a date, confirm availability, establish a confidential advisory relationship or create a paid engagement. Fees, deliverables, timing, cancellation terms, travel, recording rights and other engagement details must be agreed separately before work begins.

Provide accurate contact information and share only information you are authorized to disclose. Do not send sensitive or confidential materials through the general inquiry form. Information handling is described in the privacy policy.

Topics, experience and outcomes

Each speaking session is tailored to the audience, with final scope agreed before booking. Past operating experience, achievements and examples do not guarantee future business results or coaching outcomes. References to companies in Jon’s experience do not imply that those companies endorse Flow State Leadership or are speaking or coaching clients.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may browse the site, share links to its resources, and download or print the speaker sheet for evaluating and planning an engagement. Keep attribution and ownership notices intact. Site content, photographs, branding and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Other reproduction, resale, commercial use of photographs, or use suggesting an endorsement requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits the use. For permission questions, email hello@flowstateleadership.com.

Prohibited misuse

Do not use the site to send spam, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, infringe rights, introduce malicious software, bypass access controls or disrupt the site. Legitimate linking and ordinary search indexing are not prohibited by these guidelines.

External links

LinkedIn, GenAIPI and other linked websites are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies. Links are provided for context or convenience; their content, availability and services are not controlled by this website.

Availability and limitations

Reasonable efforts are made to keep website information useful, but content may contain errors or become outdated. The site and its general educational materials are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flow State Leadership is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. A separate engagement agreement governs responsibility for paid services.

Changes and questions
