WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy policy.
How information is handled when you visit Flow State Leadership or send an inquiry through this website.
About this policy
This policy covers the Flow State Leadership website and its inquiry form. For privacy questions, contact hello@flowstateleadership.com. Separate service agreements may explain additional information handling during a coaching, advisory or speaking engagement.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address and message, plus your company and area of interest if supplied. Submissions are saved in the website’s database with a record identifier and submission timestamp. If you email us directly, your message and contact details are handled through email rather than the website form.
Please share only what is necessary to discuss your inquiry. Do not send passwords, financial account details, health information or confidential company materials through the form.
How inquiry information is used
Inquiry information is used to review your request, respond, assess fit and discuss relevant coaching, advisory or speaking work. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter, reserve an event date or create a paid engagement.
Technical information and analytics
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and requested pages to deliver and operate the site. Some pages load resources, such as fonts or images, from external providers; your browser connects to those providers when loading them.
If website analytics is enabled, navigation and inquiry events may be recorded, including the service selected, a speaker-sheet download, and whether a form submission succeeded. The site’s custom event data excludes your name, email address, company and message. That exclusion does not mean hosting logs or third-party tools collect no technical information.
The site includes a Google Ads tag for advertising measurement. Google may process technical information, page visits and advertising identifiers, and may use cookies or similar technologies. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
The site does not require a visitor account or currently provide an advertising-cookie preference tool. Browser settings can control cookies and other storage.
Storage and service providers
When email notifications are enabled, inquiry details are emailed to Flow State Leadership, and a simple receipt confirmation is sent to the address you provide. Replies to that confirmation go to hello@flowstateleadership.com. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Form submissions are stored in a hosted database and are not published on the website. Operating the site and responding to inquiries involves hosting, database and, for email correspondence, email providers. Their processing is also subject to their applicable terms and policies. Information may be processed outside your country, depending on provider locations.
Information may also need to be disclosed where legally required or to address fraud, misuse or security incidents. Avoid sending sensitive information through a general website inquiry.
Retention and security
The inquiry form does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. Stored inquiries remain until they are reviewed and deleted through a separate process. Contact us to ask about a particular inquiry or request deletion; legal obligations or an ongoing engagement may affect what can be removed.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. This website does not promise a security certification or guarantee against unauthorized access.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit the form. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, obtain a copy, or object to or restrict certain uses. Send requests to hello@flowstateleadership.com. We may need enough information to verify that a request concerns your own data. Applicable legal requirements and exceptions govern requests; there is no self-service data portal.
Children and external websites
The site is intended for professional and business audiences, not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so the submission can be reviewed.
Links to LinkedIn, GenAIPI and other external websites lead to services with their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover those services.
Policy changes
Changes to website features or information handling may require updates to this policy. Material changes will be described here, with additional notice or consent where required by applicable law.
